Glenfarclas is one of the few distilleries that offers a 40 Year Old whisky that one can reasonably afford. It is bottled at the drinking strength of 46% and has a great, dark oloroso hue. From a sample from a friend - 46% I've had a handful of standard Glenfarclas expressions, and a few Family Casks. The standard expressions left me a bit underwhelmed, though the 105 was really good.
