Talisker's Distillers Edition takes the distillery's classic Island character and introduces a sherry dimension through ex-Amoroso cask finishing. The nose offers dried fruit, tobacco and the distillery's distinctive coastal smoke. On the palate, rich layers of walnut and leather emerge, kept in check by Talisker's characteristic black pepper kick.
