Green algae accompanies a gentle touch of cinnamon and almost out of place I detect ripe, fresh pear Palate Black pepper dominates. Drunk with a teaspoon of water added. Nose: Strong smoke, slightly fruity with a pinch of salt at the end. Very nice and comforting. Taste: Warm, with sweet smoke and some apples at the front. As the Talisker warms, pepper starts prickling the tongue. The taste increases gradually, and I would definitely recommend not swallowing it too rapidly....
