For this Dufftown Cadenhead used 50% bourbon and 50% PX Sherry casks. The best of both worlds? There is no vintage on it, but apparently the youngest in the mix is 10 years old. A cartload of caramel meets me on the nose, like Werther's Original. In addition, beautiful notes of baked apples, cherries and condensed milk. Brussels waffle....
