I have been wanting to try this bourbon for some time - what a great bottle, great history (created by Elmer T. Lee) and growing in profile. Good legs in the glass, a sharp coppery amber colour. Beautiful oaky nose of cinnamon, burnt sugar, vanilla and some orange in the background. And underneath some bacon? Speaking to it's creaminess, methinks....
