Nose: An interesting mix of dry grassy notes and sea smells. Tomato stems. Citrus rind. A wee suggestion of sweet malt in here as well. And cherry, which oddly starts me on catching a fair bit of bourbon notes in this. (particularly of Bulleit bourbon... coincidentally, owned by Diageo as well).
