I’ve probably tasted Ballantine’s Finest dozens of times, and I’ve always found it pleasant, but I’ve never really paid close attention to it. This is probably because of its “bottom shelf” price. This has been a mistake on my part that I’m endeavouring to rectify. Every whisky should be evaluated in the same manner, regardless of its price point....

Ballantines Finest

I taste Ballantines Finet 4 years ago and I don't remember very well the flavour of this blend. Like the Glen grant (but it's a single malt) it's not a wonderful whisky. It's appropriate like digestive after dinner or like correction with ice cream, or with cocktail. I'll taste the older version before to make a several review to this brand.
