Nose: Champagne, apple cider, demerara sugar, mild smell of earthy smoke and sooty brickstone, butterscotch and sweet lemon rounds it off.. Pleasant nose Palate: Smoky and and some pointy slightly vinegary fruit notes is the main theme, altogether though its abit watery and medium to weak output of flavours..
