Saint Aubin is a Mauritian rum brand produced at Domaine de Saint Aubin, a historic estate in the south of Mauritius. The wider Saint Aubin group traces its roots to 1819, while its rum identity is closely linked to the island's move beyond molasses-based production into pure sugarcane juice rum.

The distillery is known for agricole-style rum made from fresh cane juice, reflecting the local terroir and the estate's agricultural heritage.
